About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Server / Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing network infrastructure, cloud environments, and Linux servers. This role will be critical in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers, primarily on Linux platforms.
• Design, implement, and support secure and scalable network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers).
• Deploy and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Monitor system health and performance to ensure high levels of availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across multiple environments.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Ensure security best practices are followed for server and network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps, cybersecurity, and application teams for seamless IT operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with Linux server administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL, etc.).
• Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, etc.).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including provisioning, monitoring, and scaling services.
• Knowledge of server virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Familiarity with scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation.
• Working knowledge of firewalls, security policies, and access controls.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, RHCSA/RHCE, or CompTIA Network+/Security+.
• Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines or infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Prior experience in IT support or managed service environments is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
