As part of the Technology Leadership team you will lead ServiceNow implementation projects, driving innovation and efficiency across modules. As a Manager, you will mentor teams and manage client relationships, maintaining successful project delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.

What You Must Have

- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer preferred
- Leading ServiceNow implementation projects in consulting environments
- Managing and mentoring teams across development and testing phases
- Architecting and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems
- Utilizing Agile project management and sprint leadership
- Excelling in problem-solving and strategic thinking

- ServiceNow certifications such as CIS – HAM, CIS – SAM, CSA
- Familiarity with ITIL, ITAM, and software licensing concepts
- Experience in consulting or global delivery models
- Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, or Procurement
- Additional certifications in ITIL, ITAM, or software licensing frameworks preferred
