Overview
We are looking for a Shopify + Full Stack Developer who can take complete ownership of D2C/e-commerce brand websites, from development and maintenance to performance, CRO, speed optimization, and technical growth.
This role is not just about building websites. You will be responsible for making sure every brand’s website works smoothly, loads fast, converts better, and supports the overall growth of the business.
You should have strong experience with Shopify development, custom theme edits, app integrations, landing pages, product pages, checkout optimization, and backend/frontend development. You should also be comfortable working across the full stack whenever required, including custom code, APIs, automations, tracking setups, and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Shopify stores for multiple D2C/e-commerce brands.
Build and customize Shopify themes, sections, landing pages, product pages, collection pages, and checkout experiences.
Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, UI/UX, and conversion rates.
Handle technical integrations such as payment gateways, shipping tools, CRM, email marketing tools, WhatsApp tools, analytics, and tracking pixels.
Work on CRO improvements based on user behavior, analytics, heatmaps, and brand requirements.
Fix bugs, broken layouts, tracking issues, app conflicts, and website errors quickly.
Coordinate with marketing, design, and ads teams to ensure website changes support business goals.
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and other marketing tracking systems.
Create custom features and workflows where Shopify apps are not enough.
Take ownership of website performance, technical SEO basics, page structure, and overall site health.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Shopify, Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and theme customization.
Good understanding of frontend and backend development.
Experience with APIs, integrations, automation tools, and third-party Shopify apps.
Ability to work with D2C/e-commerce brands and understand how websites impact sales.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to independently take ownership of multiple websites.
Understanding of CRO, website speed, mobile-first design, and tracking setup is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate:
Someone who does not just “complete tasks,” but thinks like a website growth owner. You should be able to look at a D2C website and identify what needs to be fixed, improved, optimized, or rebuilt to increase conversions and support business growth.
