The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Sitecore development, cloud management, and headless architecture, with a proven track record of leading technical teams. Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Sitecore developers and engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore-based applications and solutions.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with Sitecore.
• Implement headless architecture to deliver content across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain high code quality.
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest Sitecore technologies and industry trends. Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in Sitecore development and technical leadership.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in managing cloud environments and headless architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore Managed Cloud and NextJS.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications in Sitecore, cloud management, or related technologies.
