- 9+ years of professional experience in Java application development.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable applications using Java 17+.
- Hands-on expertise in Eclipse RCP and RAP for modular desktop/web application development.
- Proficient in applying software design principles (SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI) and architectural patterns.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize code for time and space complexity.
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-based features into applications.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, monitoring, and automation tools.
- Ability to write unit and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain technical documentation.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product, UX, QA).
