About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong front-end development expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in software development and a proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient web applications. This role requires overlapping with Pacific Time business hours and availability until 11:30 PM IST. You will be part of a high-performing development team, working on dynamic client projects with a modern tech stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Translate complex business requirements into functional, maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality products
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Implement automated testing using JavaScript frameworks such as Jest or Jasmine
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives
• Maintain a clear understanding of the software architecture and contribute to system design discussions
• Create and maintain technical documentation including specifications and release notes
• Ensure quality and performance of applications through automated testing and CI/CD practices
• Lead development tasks when needed and mentor junior developers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Jasmine or Jest
• Familiarity with the Material-UI (MUI) library is a plus
• Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming paradigms
• Proficiency in designing scalable and maintainable software architecture
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage project workflows, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in an Agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams
