Skills: Atlassian (Cloud) , (Jira, JSM & Confluence)
Job Location: Bangalore
Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM (Flexible)
Mode of Work: Hybrid( Mandatory weekly twice)

Technical Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in working on Atlassian Products (Jira/Confluence/ JSM)
- Experience on working with Cloud version of Jira/Confluence
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Configure and manage Jira, Service Desk and Confluence projects
- Create complex project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes, security schemes and notification schemes
- Experience on Automation for Jira, Script Runner, Jira Misc Workflows, Structure and eazyBI plugins
- Good knowledge on JQLs, filters, Kanban/Scrum boards
- Monitor plugin usage and take required actions
- Good knowledge on Jira REST APIs
- Support different teams with required Jira dashboards and reports
- Troubleshoot and fix Jira/Confluence issues raised by users.
