Software Engineer - Backend

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all aspects of the agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
• Build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code.
• Push the boundaries of design and architecture for new product development.
• Collaborate with product managers and key stakeholders across the MMT family to successfully execute projects.
• Ensure compliance with build/release and configuration management processes.

Experience Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in building technology products.
• Hands-on experience in Java/J2EE-based development across web platforms and browsers.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects within tight deadlines.
• Experience working in agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Prior experience in a product or start-up company is preferred.

Education: B.Tech.
