We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer I to join our core engineering team. You’ll work on designing and developing high-performance services and features that power Freight Tiger’s logistics platform. The role involves building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems that integrate across multiple products and business domains.

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer I to join our core engineering team. You’ll work on designing and developing high-performance services and features that power Freight Tiger’s logistics platform. The role involves building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems that integrate across multiple products and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs that support Freight Tiger’s platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in on-call rotations .
- Optimize existing workflows and improve service performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- B.E. in Computer Science / MCA. 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Programming experience in Java and Javascript languages (Node JS).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB etc.
- Familiarity with the AWS cloud platform is a plus.
- Must be open to experimenting with new technologies & enjoy working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
