Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune, India. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions that drive our company's success.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement complex software systems
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and industry standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability
• Contribute to the development of software architecture and technical specifications
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure software quality through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards
• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions for future reference
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team culture
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends
