Job Summary

We are seeking a Microsoft Fabric Expert to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. This role is critical to our mission of building a modern, scalable data ecosystem that integrates seamlessly with Power BI, SQL databases, and future Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant data workflows across healthcare, finance, and other sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end data integration pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and Synapse.
• Enable bulk and incremental data ingestion from SQL Server, REST APIs, and other sources into Microsoft Fabric.
• Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
• Integrate Microsoft Fabric with Power BI for real-time analytics and reporting.
• Implement role-based access controls, encryption, and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) for sensitive data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data access, latency, and pipeline failures.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Mentor teams on best practices for Microsoft Fabric, data modelling, and hybrid cloud architectures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, ADLS and ETL/ELT frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration and hybrid cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate.
• TOGAF, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.
