Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, Implement, and test the user stories based on business requirements
  
• Analyze and resolve the production defects reported by business on day-to-day basis
  
• Monitor the application by using the various monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and Zabbix to identify and resolve the infrastructure related issues
  
• Monitor the Azure cloud infrastructure
  
• Remediated critical and high vulnerabilities reported for the application
  
• Analyze and resolve incidents reported in the production
  
• Implement the fixes for the defects reported in the production
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Good knowledge of Pega, 4+ years of experience
• Good knowledge of ITSM process for production support
• Good knowledge of SQL, React JS, Cloud, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace and Zabbix
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve the production defects reported by the business
