The Role

We are looking for Senior Frontend developers with experience in building single-page applications with modern JS frameworks and libraries. The role involves working with the product management team, understanding the business requirements, and taking full responsibility for the design, development, testing, and release of the applications.

Key Requirements

• 2-3 years of ReactJS professional full-time experience building and maintaining complex software on a cross-functional team.
• You'll join us in writing clean, maintainable and high-performance software that solves hard problems. You'll write testable, quality code. You'll push the team and the mission forward with your contributions.
• Experience with micro front-end architecture and popular React.js workflows (such as Zustand or Redux), PReact.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts, core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous callbacks, promises.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Bootstrap, and cross-browser and device development.
• Experience in developing light-weight components.
• Deep understanding of LCP, FCP, Initial Load and ability to do deep analysis of performance issues.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and implement them to improve our development processes
