WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with 5 years and above of experience to join our growing team. You will collaborate closely with multiple product development teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance existing products and contribute to new product innovation. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and data engineering, with a proven ability to translate business requirements into impactful AI models.

The person should have analytical mind with problem solving attitude.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
Proven experience with Python, OOP principles, SQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
At least 3 years of experience with hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers), NLP (BERT, SpaCy, NLTK, LLMs), and AI solution deployments on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Solid experience in MLOps: CI/CD pipelines, API deployment, model versioning, and monitoring tools.
Hands-on experience working with Azure AI services is a strong plus.
Strong background in statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

SKILLS GOOD TO HAVE
Drive AI technology strategy and lead implementation across multiple product teams within Decos.
Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business needs and become their key technology spokesperson.
Architect AI solutions by designing scalable and secure system architectures and creating detailed architecture diagrams.
Translate business challenges into data science and machine learning problems, and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.
Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases.
Engineer and maintain scalable, efficient data pipelines from structured and unstructured data sources.
Perform end-to-end data preparation: extraction, cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced techniques for intelligent automation and insights.
Ensure solutions comply with data privacy, ethical AI practices, and security standards.
Implement MLOps practices including version control (Git), CI/CD, and monitoring pipelines for model deployment and lifecycle management.
Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and techniques—especially in multimodal and generative AI—and suggest ways to incorporate them into products.
Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists within the organization.
Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and AI integration into existing and new products.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and address business challenges using AI and machine learning.
Design, develop, and deploy robust AI models and algorithms for real-world applications.
Engineer and maintain efficient data pipelines for processing diverse data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
Perform comprehensive data extraction, cleaning, and analysis to uncover actionable insights and patterns.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate AI-driven findings to stakeholders. > [Desirable; not mandatory]
Optimize and improve AI models and data processing techniques for enhanced performance and scalability.
Leverage Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text-based data analysis.
Work with cloud-based services (preferably Azure Cloud) to manage and process data.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and version control (Git).
Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks in AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
