Software Engineer - Shopify

We are looking for a 3-5 years experienced Shopify/Shopify Plus Developer. The ideal candidate must be able to work Independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Role: Software Enginner / Shopify Developer
Location: Bangalore / Ahmedabad

Experience : 3-5 years

Responsibilities:

• Assist in requirements gathering and technical planning to design solutions that meet client needs.

• Create clean, well-documented, efficient, and standards-compliant code with an eye towards performance optimization.

• Actively troubleshoot and support applications in critical environments.

• Implement and maintain Shopify development standards and best practices.

• Track the work against the plan and report the status on agreed timelines without fail.

• Interface with clients to understand and document their needs.
  Required Skills:

• 
  3 to 5 years of experience working with Shopify and Shopify Plus stores.

• Good knowledge of front-end development and the Liquid programming language.

• Experience in configuring Shopify Markets

• Strong ability to install and customize new Shopify themes.

• Experience in integrating external APIs.

• Experience in third-party integrations like ERP systems (Netsuite, SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Epicor, etc.).

• Experience in implementing Shopify Ajax API, Admin APIs, and configuring third-party apps.

• Knowledge of building custom apps.

• Experience working with the following technologies: JavaScript (JQuery), XML, JSON, SQL, PHP, CSS3.

• Knowledge in other E-Commerce platforms like Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce will be preferred.

• Experience in checkout customization (functions/dynamic blocks) and configuring similar apps

• Experience with OOP PHP (2+ years).

• Familiarity with GIT.
