- Core responsibilities to include analyze business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness. Maintains WD HCM operational activities
- Software: WD
- Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
- Cloud Architecture:
- Frameworks/Others:
- Understands and analyze business requirements and assists in design for accuracy and completeness.
- Develops and maintains WD HCM modules
- Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules
- BE/B. Tech or MBA with 2 to 3 years of experience in WD HCM.
- Experience in Maintaining WD HCM tenant by handling tickets on different modules of HCM.
- Develops and maintains relevant product and domain knowledge
- Develops and executes Unit Tests
- Follows standard processes and procedures
- Identifies reusable components
- Ensures that the configuration is delivered for as per requirement by analyzing the RCA
- Identifies and resolves configuration bugs
- Adheres to the performance benchmark based on pre-defined requirements
- Plans and prioritizes work
- Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
- Proactively seeks assistance as required
- Provide assistance or guidance to the new members of the team
- Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
- Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
