Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Production support Engg to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must-Have Skills:
Overall, 2+ years of experience in Application Production Support or AI-enabled support environments.
Handle batch jobs, scheduling, model execution failures, and data pipeline issues.
Support deployment, maintenance, and monitoring in production environments.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLM-based applications, or AI assistant tools.
Scripting experience in Python.
Agentic AI
Gemini Enterprise
Analyse logs, alerts, and performance metrics to identify and fix incidents proactively.
Understanding of incident management and ticketing tools.
Experience in application or production support environment.
Support backup, recovery, patching, and change implementation activities.
Knowledge of Linux/Unix and shell scripting.

Good-to-Have Skills:
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and model lifecycle.
Knowledge in automation of repetitive support activities using AI tools and scripting.
Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and production support processes.
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, or MLOps concepts is an added advantage.
