About The Job

Are you someone with expertise in the OpenText Exstream platform who can design and develop systems, applications, and various documents and business forms leveraging the platform?

We are looking for a Software Developer with expertise in the OpenText Exstream to join our Customer Communication Management team. As a software developer, you are supposed to be well-versed with all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including the research, design, programming and testing of computer software as well as end-to-end document lifecycle. You should be able to identify, prioritize and execute tasks in an agile software development environment working in a global delivery model.

The role requires you to ensure effective design and development of different types of simple to complex business documents and forms. The ideal candidate should be able to design and develop statements, static/variable Forms and Letters using OpenText Exstream and generate print and electronic outputs. You should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SME, and client management team in a Global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop different documents and business forms using text boxes, tables and page flows.
• Create and apply fonts, styles and images to design.
• Perform data mapping or data binding inside CCM tool.
• Generate print and electronic outputs.
• Create packages for testing and production.
• Create debug and tracking reports.
• Perform unit testing.
• Use output comparison tools.
• Use ValueMomentum proprietary Accelerators and Comparison tools.
• Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
  
  

• Experience in OpenText Exstream.
• XML schema understanding.
• Knowledge of document lifecycle.
• Good Verbal/Written Communication.
• Understanding of different input and output file formats.
