Software Engineer

• 3-6 years experience in video domain (preferred)
• Solid C/C++, multithreading and OS concepts fundamentals.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in multimedia framework (Nvidia / Qualcomm) and Video4Linux2 (V4L2).
• Knowledge of Video user space hardware abstraction layers like Codec2.0, OpenMax IL
• Linux Operating system (Kernel, Performance).
• BSP and Driver development.
• Knowledge of video specification such as H.265/H.264/VP8/VP9
• Experience in several of the following areas: (Good to have)
• Video usage models including playback, streaming, camcorder, and content protection
• Qualcomm / Nvidia multimedia frameworks and video related applications
• Streaming protocols and implementation (e.g. HLS/HTTP/RTSP/UDP/DASH)
• Linux device driver development and debugging (e.9-
• V4L2)
• Expertise in working with tools and techniques used on Linux (Windbg, JTAG, etc.)
• ARM or other embedded SoC development and debugging

Responsibilities:

• Part of Imaging team and will be responsible
• for design, development, optimization and productize
• video use cases on Qualcomm / Nvidia / Linux platforms

Education requirements:

• B.E. / B.TECH / M.E. / MTECH in ECE / ECS or related field from reputed college institution
