This role currently follows a hybrid work model. Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs
What you’ll do
- Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth.
- Be a part of a world class global organization.
- Design and develop comprehensive scripts and automation routines
- Contribute to velocity of the team during fullstack development and automation.
- Bring knowledge in applications of AI for increasing speed to deliver code.
- Work on delivery of end -end eCommerce workflows. Automate test data creation for testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in QA and automation dev.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and technical specifications to create effective test plans and strategies.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to resolve them.
- Programming skills in Python, Django, JavaScript, React, Java, Velocity and Oracle/SQL
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket)
- Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative perspective.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
- Experience in Code AI tools to gain productivity in coding. Eg. Copilot, Windsurf etc
- Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
- Good written and spoken communications skills are crucial.
This job has a full time weekly schedule.
