About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive Software Developer to work closely with our tech team on building and improving products across Flutter, backend APIs, and AI-powered features.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership gradually, and grow by working on real products. You won’t be expected to know everything from day one, but you should be curious, dependable, and ready to take initiative.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to building and shipping features across the Flutter app and backend
• Support the team in developing and maintaining APIs, integrations, and deployments
• Work on databases, authentication flows, and core application logic
• Assist in building practical AI-powered features using LLM APIs and related tools
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in debugging, testing, and code reviews
• Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers to move projects forward
• Communicate progress clearly and ask the right questions when blocked

Technical Fit (you don't need everything)

Flutter: Solid Flutter/Dart fundamentals, clean architecture, state management, API integration. Backend: Strong in any one backend stack (Node.js / Python / Go), Supabase + Postgres experience preferred (auth, RLS, database design). Deployment basics a plus: Docker, cloud hosting, CI/CD. GenAI (nice to have): Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure), Familiarity with prompt patterns, structured outputs, guardrails, Bonus: embeddings, vector DBs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows

Experience: 2–4 years — though ownership matters more than years

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

Contributing to production features with guidance from the team
Becoming comfortable with the codebase, workflows, and product requirements
Taking ownership of smaller modules or tasks end-to-end
Improving speed, confidence, and code quality over time
Supporting at least one meaningful feature across app, backend, or AI workflows
