Impact (Job Summary/Why This Role Matters)

As a Developer with expertise in building robust integrations, custom reports, and automated HR workflows. Skilled in leveraging EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio to ensure seamless data flow, enhance compliance, and optimize HR operations. Proven track record of reducing manual effort, improving data accuracy, and enabling leadership with actionable workforce insights.

Key Deliverables (Duties and Responsibilities)

• Design and develop integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze requirements, identify potential technical challenges, and propose feasible solutions.
• Perform unit testing and peer reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with best practices.
• Provide support during product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Follow established change management processes and deploy enhancements to production environments.
• Present solution demos to stakeholders, security teams, and architecture review boards.
• Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable resolutions.
  
  

Skills and Qualification (Functional and Technical Skills)

Functional Skills

• Experience in Workday Security and Reporting with a focus on compliance and governance.
• Deep understanding of Workday Core HCM business processes (hire, termination, job change, compensation, etc.) and ability to configure/optimize them to meet business needs.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Workday integration lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to engage end users, stakeholders, and management effectively.
• Proficient in developing and delivering solutions within Agile Scrum methodology.
  
  

Technical Skills

• 4–8 years of overall Workday implementation experience, including at least 3 years in Workday Integrations.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and building **inbound and outbound integrations** using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Skilled in **XSLT transformations** for data formatting and mapping.
• Proficient in Workday integration tools, APIs, and frameworks to support scalable and secure solutions.
