Software Engineer II (Pega)

Overview

• Design, develop, and implement Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business process requirements.
• Customize and configure Pega applications based on project needs.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pega applications.
• Stay updated on the latest Pega technologies and incorporate them into projects when applicable.
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Pega Certification (CSSA or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of PRPC and its various components.
• Proficient in designing and implementing workflows, user interfaces, and integration points.
• Experience in debugging and performance tuning of Pega applications.
• Must have one of the core programming skills – Java or Javascript
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
