We are hiring a skilled Software Engineer III with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and full-stack development. This role supports U.S. operations, requiring availability during evening shifts and strong problem-solving capabilities across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate is a confident developer with exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, and Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
We are hiring a skilled Software Engineer III with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and full-stack development. This role supports U.S. operations, requiring availability during evening shifts and strong problem-solving capabilities across both frontend and backend systems. The ideal candidate is a confident developer with exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, and Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop RESTful web services and microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain full-stack applications with ReactJS on the frontend.
- Work with AWS for application setup, monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
- Act as a junior AWS Architect, assisting with scalable infrastructure setup.
- Integrate and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and work directly with business teams and vendors.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Analyze system requests and coordinate across teams for delivery.
- Collaborate with other HAEA groups during integration or platform issues.
- Document technical solutions and escalate when needed to meet business priorities.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
- Strong hands-on experience in AWS application management.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like GitLab.
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies and TDD practices.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
- Exposure to other cloud platforms like Azure or SAP BTP is a plus.
