As a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer at Scan-IT, you’ll spearhead the creation of innovative, scalable software that drives global logistics forward. What You'll Do...

• Lead with Vision: Drive the full lifecycle of software development, from architecture and design to deployment, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Build Impactful Platforms: Develop high-performance backend services with Java and Spring Boot and responsive, user-focused front-end applications using React or Angular.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, design, and operations teams to turn product visions into reliable, user-centric software.
• Shape the Engineering Process: Own technical planning, provide accurate estimates, identify risks, and implement strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
• Architect Innovative Solutions: Evaluate requirements, coordinate crossteam dependencies, and design systems that are scalable, well-documented, and future-proof.
• Champion Quality and Growth: Establish coding standards, enforce best practices, and continuously refine engineering processes.
• Mentor and Inspire: Guide fellow engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and professional development, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Explore new technologies, tools, and frameworks to keep our platforms cutting-edge and efficient.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with equivalent experience considered.
• Proven ability to drive technical decisions and take ownership of complex initiatives in a collaborative environment.
• 8+ years building production-grade software, with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern development tools (Jasper, Eclipse, Git, Web Services, XML).
• Hands-on experience with responsive front-end frameworks such as React or Angular, and a solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Ability to evaluate complex requirements, identify dependencies, and design scalable, maintainable solutions across the full stack.
• Skilled at articulating technical concepts clearly and collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Motivated to mentor peers, champion best practices, and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and focus.
