Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer Level -2 Frontend Developer (3+ years) to join our dynamic team. This role requires an innovative individual proficient in JavaScript and ReactJS to create and maintain high-performance, pixel-perfect web applications. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional user experiences by collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth, and responsive UIs for web applications.
• Leverage modern frontend technologies to create dynamic and user-friendly interfaces.
• Diagnose and resolve UI/UX performance bottlenecks and bugs for optimal functionality.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design implementation.
• Maintain clean, maintainable code and write unit tests to uphold the highest quality standards.
• Implement optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code-splitting, and performance profiling.
• Address performance issues, including memory leaks and unnecessary re-renders.
• Develop custom UI components with attention to animations and interaction details.
• Research, evaluate, and adopt new tools, libraries, and best practices in the ReactJS ecosystem.
• Ensure code quality with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ReactJS for frontend development.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and jQuery for building responsive designs.
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, DOM, and W3C standards for effective frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with REST API integration for seamless communication between frontend and backend.
• Experience in developing complex UI components and handling large datasets.
• Proficiency in frontend performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code-splitting, and caching.
• Experience using debugging tools like React Dev Tools and browser developer tools.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
