Position Title: Software Engineer Mobile (Flutter)

Location: Pune, India

Experience: 2 - 10 yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Mobile Application Development: Contribute actively to the development and maintenance of cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Your work will directly influence the quality, functionality, and user experience of mobile products used by a wide audience.
• Code Quality and Standards: Write clean, readable, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices. Strive for code excellence and maintain a focus on performance and scalability.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers to turn designs and business requirements into functional, intuitive, and engaging mobile applications.
• Code Reviews & Knowledge Sharing: Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure high code quality and consistent technical standards across the team.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks in mobile applications to deliver a smooth and reliable user experience.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with new Flutter releases, tools, libraries, and trends. Proactively learn and adopt new technologies to improve development processes and product quality.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API usage, feature specifications, and code-level comments to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of professional experience using the Flutter framework to build cross-platform mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
• A solid understanding of the mobile application development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to debugging and optimization.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies and evolving project requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear documentation and effective discussion of technical ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration to connect front-end interfaces with backend services.
• A portfolio showcasing personal, academic, or professional projects developed using Flutter, highlighting your UI/UX and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of fundamental UI/UX design principles, including responsive design, accessibility, and platform-specific conventions.
