Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer (Java) with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in building robust, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in core Java, Spring/Spring Boot frameworks, and possess a strong understanding of SQL/PLSQL and relational database systems.

You will be part of an Agile product development team, contributing across the full software development lifecycle—from solution design and coding to testing and deployment—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using modern development tools and frameworks.
• Independently deliver moderately complex features and enhancements within Agile sprints.
• Adhere to best practices in coding, version control, and release management using tools like GitLab and JIRA.
• Work closely with product managers, QA, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Exhibit strong analytical thinking, multitasking ability, and clear communication in a dynamic development environment.
  
  

Must to have Skills-

• 2-5 years of experience in Java / J2EE application development.
• Expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate (JPA).
• Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and Java internals.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like GitLab and JIRA.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
