Software Engineer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Proven AI-First Mindset: You instinctively approach problems with AI solutions, using traditional coding as a supplement, not a starting point.
• 4+ years of elite software development experience, with a focus on production-grade server-side web applications.
• Demonstrated success in developing highly reliable B2B software applications that have made significant market impact.
• Expert-level experience with cloud-native development and serverless architectures, particularly within the AWS ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev) to accelerate and enhance development processes.
• Track record of successfully implementing Generative AI solutions that have resulted in quantifiable, substantial improvements in product performance or user experience.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
