About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Software Developer with Backend expertise for our development team. In this role, you will oversee project execution and contribute as an individual contributor when necessary. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions while driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database systems and SQL code.

• Build database objects following industry standards (e.g., tables, views, stored procedures, triggers, indexes).

• Independently debug, test, and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures.

• Document database designs, development processes, and technical solutions.

Required Qualifications

> Expert – level experience in MySQL database development.

> Proficiency in T- SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes).

> Expertise in performance tuning and query optimization.

• Proven experience in full stack development with at least:

o 1+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js.

o 1+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (Tailwind CSS), and JavaScript.

• Strong understanding of GitHub for version control and CI/CD concepts.

• Ability to work independently and contribute as an individual contributor when needed.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration.

• Participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization across the development lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
