Are you ready to automate the future of software testing? Techolution is seeking a visionary Mid-Level Software Test Engineer to revolutionize our quality assurance processes. In this role, you'll harness your expertise in Playwright and Cucumber to craft cutting-edge automation frameworks from the ground up. With your mastery of JavaScript and hands-on experience in CI/CD, API testing, and load testing, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our innovative solutions meet the highest standards. As a mentor to junior QAs and a solo project virtuoso, you'll play a pivotal role in Techolution's mission to deliver unparalleled software experiences that transform industries.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies, ensuring thorough coverage of software functionality and user requirements
- Design and execute innovative test cases that uncover critical defects and validate system performance
- Lead the implementation of robust test automation frameworks, significantly enhancing testing efficiency and reliability
- Orchestrate end-to-end test execution, meticulously documenting results and providing actionable insights to development teams
- Spearhead defect tracking and management processes, ensuring timely resolution and continuous quality improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test management tools, streamlining workflows and enhancing overall project efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies, keeping pace with industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing within the testing organization
