Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Full-Time)
Intern Stipend: ₹6,000 per month
Experience Level: Freshers are welcome to apply (English fluency is mandatory).

Job Description

We are hiring a passionate Software Tester (QA) to ensure the quality of our software products. As part of the role, you will conduct manual testing, identify bugs, and collaborate with teams to deliver the best software experience. Additionally, you will provide sales chat support, ensuring seamless customer interactions.

This is an on-site opportunity at our Ahmedabad office, with no remote work options available.

Responsibilities

• Analyze & Understand: Review system specifications to align with product requirements.
• Execute Tests: Perform manual/automated test cases and analyze results.
• Report & Document: Log testing phases and report bugs or errors to the development team.
• Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality.
• Post-Release Testing: Conduct post-implementation testing to ensure smooth functionality.
• Sales Chat Support: Handle customer queries confidently and professionally via chat.

Key Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Analytical thinking and organisational skills.

Work Schedule

• Timings: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

• Office: Gota, Ahmedabad - 382460, Gujarat, India.
• Applicants must be willing to commute or relocate to Ahmedabad.

Additional Terms

• Probation Period: 3 months.
• Notice Period: 2 months.
• Work From Home: Only during pandemic situations.
