Job Title: Data Analyst—Data & Analytics
Job Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience and with strong expertise in SQL, Excel, A/B Testing, and Customer Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a deep understanding of data extraction, hypothesis testing, business performance analysis, marketing analytics, and process automation to support key business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize business performance.
- Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of business initiatives.
- Create automated reporting solutions to streamline data analysis and reduce manual effort.
- Provide actionable insights on customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and product performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and improve analytical processes.
- Conduct exploratory analysis on new business problems and data sources to generate insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating scripts and performing quality checks.
- Stay updated on the latest data analytics trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with strong proficiency in SQL & Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with A/B Testing, hypothesis testing, statistical analysis and marketing analytics
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights in a clear, actionable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with large, unstructured datasets.
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into business recommendations
- Hands-on Experience is required for Exploratory Data analysis and solving business problems from scratch
Preferred:
Experience working in CRM, loyalty, or customer engagement-focused environments.
Familiarity with retail or e-commerce data is a plus.
