We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated SQL Developer Intern to join our remote development team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience with databases, query optimization, and backend data processes used in the IT industry.

• Write, test, and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting.
  

• Assist in database design, updates, and performance tuning.
  

• Support data integration, migration, and cleanup tasks.
  

• Collaborate remotely with developers, analysts, and product teams.
  

• Document database structures, queries, and processes.
  

• Help troubleshoot database-related issues and recommend improvements.
  

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (e.g., SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries).
  

• Familiarity with at least one RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
  

• Understanding of database concepts such as normalization, indexing, and constraints.
  

• Comfortable working in a remote setting with good communication skills.
  

• Willingness to learn and work on real-time IT projects.
  

• Experience with stored procedures, triggers, or views.
  

• Exposure to tools like SSMS, pgAdmin, or MySQL Workbench.
  

• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
  

• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for data automation.
