Senior Lead/Architect - Cloud Migration & Technology Oversight

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead/Architect with a broad technical background and expertise in overseeing large-scale projects. This individual will play a crucial role in leading the cloud migration initiative while having the flexibility to work across multiple technologies, including Oracle databases, .NET, Java, and more.

As the Senior Lead/Architect, you will be responsible for designing, guiding, and implementing cloud migration strategies, ensuring that the transition is seamless, efficient, and aligned with business goals. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including technical teams and leadership, to define project requirements and oversee execution from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the cloud migration project, ensuring successful execution and completion within timelines and budget.

• Provide architectural guidance on technology decisions, with a strong emphasis on Oracle database systems, cloud environments, and multi-technology integration.

• Oversee and participate in the design and development of solutions across various platforms, including Oracle, .NET, Java, and others.

• Collaborate with development teams to define system architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and security requirements are met.

• Drive best practices in cloud infrastructure, migration strategies, and system integration.

• Guide and mentor other team members, offering technical leadership across different projects.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend their implementation when beneficial to the project or business.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Oracle databases and experience overseeing migration to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Broad knowledge of software development technologies, including .NET, Java, and related tools.

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale cloud solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex systems.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt to different technology stacks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud migration tools and frameworks.

• Certification in cloud platforms or relevant technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Prior experience in an architectural or lead role.
