Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Note: Candidates at this experience level need to demonstrate a deep understanding and practical experience in artificial intelligence modeling, machine learning, and data engineering

· We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can not only develop and deploy robust AI/ML solutions — but who also thrives in building intelligence into real-world systems. From Agentic AI to Explainable AI (XAI) and Large Action Models (LAMs) — you’ll be crafting a tech foundation that can think, act, and explain itself.

· You’ll work with engineers, product leaders, UX, and AI agents (yes, the virtual kind) to deliver real-world impact across predictive maintenance, energy forecasting, anomaly detection, and dynamic decarbonization.

Key Responsibilities:

Build, train, and deploy ML/AI models (LSTM, XGBoost, Survival Analysis, Random Forest, etc.) for:

· Anomaly Detection

· Failure Prediction

· Energy Optimization

· Space Forecasting

· Architect agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs, LangChain, Vector DBs, and reinforcement learning.

· Lead MLOps pipelines for model lifecycle management using tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, or Azure ML Studio.

· Integrate models with Microservices-based architecture and IoT pipelines at both Edge and Cloud.

· Work closely with the CTO, product managers, and front-end teams to align models with business logic and user interaction flows.

· Contribute to the AI Roadmap and mentor junior engineers and interns.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

· Deep knowledge of time-series data, prediction models, clustering, and signal processing

· Familiarity with LLMs, agentic architectures, and explainability techniques (LIME, SHAP)

· Understanding of IoT, Edge ML, and real-time decision systems

· Experience working with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and microservice APIs

· Bonus: Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant)
