Sr. Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of experience working in the IT services sector, with a strong understanding of web, mobile, and enterprise solutions. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions through effective client communication, requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for web and mobile applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, UI/UX designers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), User Stories, and Use Case diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and product demos.
• Assist in pre-sales activities such as proposal writing, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimation.
• Coordinate with QA teams for test case validations and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Maintain and update product backlogs and sprint planning documents in Agile environments.
• Monitor project progress and report risks and issues to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 7–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT services company.
• Strong experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and client communications.
• Sound knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Figma, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects or clients simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per month
