Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise wide endpoint management solutions using Microsoft SCCM MECM and Microsoft Intune.
- Architect and implement hybrid co management strategies integrating SCCM and Intune for seamless device lifecycle management.
- Design and deploy modern desktop solutions leveraging Windows Autopilot Azure AD Join and Endpoint Analytics.
- Oversee the end to end application packaging lifecycle including discovery packaging UAT deployment and post deployment support.
- Create and manage Intune configuration profiles compliance policies and conditional access rules.
- Implement Zero Trust security principles across endpoint management platforms.
- Design and configure software update management strategies using SCCM and Windows Update for Business WUfB.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to modern management platforms including Windows 10 11 upgrades and cloud native endpoint management.
- Develop custom PowerShell scripts for automation of repetitive tasks and advanced configuration scenarios.
- Architect and implement role based access control RBAC in SCCM and Intune to ensure secure and compliant operations.
- Design and maintain high availability SCCM infrastructure including site servers distribution points and management points.
- Integrate SCCM and Intune with third party tools such as ServiceNow JAMF and antivirus platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to desktop engineering and support teams.
- Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning for SCCM and Intune environments.
- Lead proof of concept PoC initiatives for new technologies and endpoint management strategies.
