What You’ll Do (Your Role)
- Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver clean, reliable data for analytics and machine learning.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with security standards.
- Drive automation, data delivery optimization, and infrastructure scalability.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and define data integration strategies.
- Support MLOps and model training/versioning workflows.
- Lead technical discovery and define complex requirements.
- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.

What You Bring
- 6–8 years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, and expert-level SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud environments.
- Proven ability to design and implement large-scale data solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
