As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in driving the automation and scalability of infrastructure and CI/CD processes across our delivery ecosystem. You’ll work with high-performing teams, build secure and efficient pipelines, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 6–9 years of experience in DevOps practices and tools
• Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), preferably Azure
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Configuration management skills using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell)
• Understanding of monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor
• Strong problem-solving mindset, with a passion for automation and reliability
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• Experience with security automation and DevSecOps principles
• Exposure to hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert)
  
  

Your Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will

• Design, implement, and manage scalable CI/CD pipelines
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using IaC tools
• Ensure system security, reliability, and availability across environments
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to optimize release cycles
• Monitor infrastructure health, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues
• Drive DevOps best practices and mentor junior team members
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies aligned with Lera’s tech strategy
