AWS, EC2, S3, Gitlab, Mongodb - able to manage CI / CD and Security functions. Cloud infrastructure, Soc 2 readiness, ISO 27001, HIPPA, GDPR awareness.

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS (EC2, S3), MongoDB, and GitLab to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and ensuring high availability of services. If you're passionate about infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and optimizing performance in the cloud—this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain MongoDB instances (cloud-managed or self-hosted).
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
• Write infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Implement and enforce backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline the software release process.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Maintain version control workflows and branching strategies in GitLab.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (especially EC2, S3, IAM).
• Solid knowledge of MongoDB, including backups, replication, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in GitLab and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration (e.g., ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack).
• Good understanding of networking, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC/configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of security compliance standards (SOC2, ISO27001, etc.).
• Experience with automated testing tools for DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments or hybrid architectures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
