Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing the technical architecture, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects using the Microsoft .NET stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-grade web and desktop applications using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, C#).
• Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure solutions following best coding practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality code.
• Develop and manage APIs (RESTful/Web APIs) and integration with third-party services or legacy systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and propose relevant innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of software development experience using the .NET framework.
• Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
• Strong front-end development skills using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React (preferred).
• Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and T-SQL.
• Experience with source control tools like Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Agile/Scrum experience and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
