What You’ll Be Doing:
We are seeking a talented Senior Java Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java applications. You will ensure robust and scalable software solutions, leveraging your expertise to drive the success of our technology projects.
Develop and Maintain Java Applications: Design, develop, and support high-quality Java applications, ensuring they meet performance and scalability requirements.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Designers: Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and effective solutions.
Implement Custom Functionality: Write and implement custom code using Java to meet the specific needs of the project.
Integrate Third-Party Services: Integrate external APIs and services as needed to enhance application capabilities and functionalities.
Ensure Performance, Security, and Scalability: Optimize Java applications for performance, security, and scalability, addressing any potential issues.
Stay Up-to-Date with Emerging Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Java development to bring innovative solutions to the team.
Test and Debug Code: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality and reliable code.
Participate in Code Reviews: Engage in code reviews to ensure best practices are followed and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Document Code and Technical Specifications: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, architecture, and technical specifications for future reference and updates.
What we require…
3-5 Years of experience in Java8 or higher and Spring, Hibernate Framework
Must be good at technical and analytics skills
Good communication skills
Understanding of the web development process (Design, Development, and deployment)
Experience in building and consuming REST API
Software engineering principles, best practices
Education - BE IT/CE, ME IT/CE, BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT
Strong Expertise: Java 8+ (preferably Java 17+), Spring Framework, Microservice architecture, ORM Framework, ReactJs, Javascript, Messenging Queues like Kafka
Database: Proficiency in relational databases like MySql, PostgresSQL and non relation database like MongoDb or ElasticSearch
Frontend: ReactJs is mandatory Deployment Knowledge: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines like Github actions, Jenkins
Cloud: Mandatory to have Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts effectively.
Problem Solver: Proven ability to work in an agile environment and handle tight deadlines.

You Stand Out:
Experience with Elasticsearch or NoSQL
Experience with Microservices architecture
Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
Experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Lambda
Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
Experience with performance tuning and scaling enterprise applications.
Experience with Docker
