Sr. IT Support Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a Sr.IT Support Engineer with a minimum of three years of experience in the installation and troubleshooting of Desktops, LAN, WAN networking in any production unit or establishment. The experience should include switching, routing OFC and UTP networks, Client server networks, Windows server management, and data security. The ideal candidate should have a degree in ECE or CSE and be below 35 years of age. Additionally, the candidate should have good interpersonal skills and be well versed in English.

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain LAN, WAN networking, and servers in the establishment.
• Troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure data security and privacy across the network.
• Maintain windows user management.
• Scheduled data backup across servers
• Perform regular network performance tests and evaluations.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to improve network performance.
• Timely and effective reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or CSE
• Minimum of Three years of experience in network installation and troubleshooting
• Experience in Desktop and laptop software installation, troubleshooting and troubleshooting of hardware issue.
• Experience with switching, routing OFC and UTP networks, Client server networks, and data security
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English
