Sr. Network Engineer

Job Description

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and identify technical solutions for IT Infrastructure Solutions needs.
• Work with clients such as System Integrators, IT Solutions and Service Providers, Data Centers, IT Consultants and more.
• Prepare detailed technical proposals, specifications, based on customer’s requirements.
• Provide excellent pre-sales support and respond to technical queries from customers in a timely manner.
• Installation, configuration and management of COMMANDO networking products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex connectivity or infrastructure problems in a Local and Wide Area Network environment.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of COMMANDO.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions to customers.

• Technical Skills:

• Advance networking experience with Switching, Routing, Wireless, Unified communication, Firewall and other related protocols and technologies with hands-on experience on setup, configuration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance – CCNP Certified with 3 years post certification experience preferred.
Ability to analyze requirements and come up with technical BOQ/BOM.

  explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  colleagues and clients.

  Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science,
  Information Technology, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong experience in presales, technical support, network administration. Hands-on experience with various networking brands and technologies.
• Certifications: CCNP Certified with 3 years post certification experience.
