Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens COMOS and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift schedule. No travel is required.

We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens COMOS and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions using Siemens COMOS to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software within the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Siemens COMOS applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions to ensure scalability and performance.
- Implement software enhancements and bug fixes based on user feedback and testing results.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications and systems.
- Ensure software solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new software features.
- Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and discussions.
- Possess strong technical skills in Siemens COMOS with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate expertise in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Show proficiency in English with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.
- Have experience working in a hybrid work model effectively balancing remote and in-office work.
- Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple tasks and priorities.
