Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Frontend Web Developer at Ellocent Labs IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mohali district. The Sr. Frontend Web Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components, Handling client requirements, creating responsive web designs, and collaborating with back-end developers to integrate front-end with back-end logic.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ frontend developers, providing technical guidance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring code quality.
• Architect and develop complex and scalable frontend solutions using React.js and Next.js.
• Utilize WordPress full-stack capabilities to build and customize themes and plugins, integrating frontend components seamlessly.
• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliver high-quality products.
• Take ownership of the entire frontend development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Participate in client calls to understand their business objectives, gather technical requirements, and present proposed solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and accessibility of web applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Contribute to improving development processes and code standards within the team.
• Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues efficiently.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, Context API, React Router).
• Solid experience with Next.js for server-side rendering and building full-stack applications.
• Proven experience in WordPress full-stack development, including theme and plugin development.
• Excellent understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools and workflows.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with performance optimization and testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other frontend frameworks or libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js).
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
