Overview
Responsibilities:
- Understand and test new features in SIM Applet keeping in mind the current architecture (40%)
- Perform troubleshooting of SIM Applet issues to assure high levels of stability, reliability and Availability (20%)
- Build and Manage E2E Labs (Applet, Modules, Semtech as well as 3rd party with Live connectivity as well as Simulation) (10%)
- Analyze and reproduce issues (internal as well as customer) and work with development to fix these issues (10%)
- Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues. (10%)
- Develop good automation and documentation as needed (10%)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MCA or equivalent work experience
- 15+ years of experience in Telecom companies preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.)
- Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, nodes.
- Strong understanding of Network Architectures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving.
- Dedication to customer satisfaction.
- Excellent documentation skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MVNOs will be a big plus
- Experience with MNOs and Deployments will be a big plus
- Understanding of SIM Applet will be a plus
