Position Title: Lead Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing large enterprise Campus, WAN, and Data Center networks. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, escalation management, and technology transformation.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing large enterprise Campus, WAN, and Data Center networks. This role requires a deep understanding of network architecture, escalation management, and technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement agile and robust LAN, WAN, and Data Center networks.
- Manage and troubleshoot high-severity incidents and critical situations of service outages.
- Handle escalations as L3 or L4 point of contact for various network accounts.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for technical execution, implementation, and advisory services.
- Lead service recovery and service improvement initiatives to ensure network stability and reliability.
- Guide and manage a team of technology SMEs, setting goals and monitoring performance.
- Collaborate with OEMs and sales teams for SD-WAN, SD-Access, and SDDC implementations.
- Conduct network audits and provide advisory services for technology adoption and digital transformation.
- Prepare and present solution proposals, HLDs, LLDs, and NIPs for seamless implementation.
- Lead large complex migration and integration activities.
- Work on RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with sales and vertical delivery teams.
- Extensive experience in network design and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of SDN technologies (Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA, Cisco SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, VMware NSX, Cisco DNA Center, Arista EOS, and CVP) or similar technologies from other OEMs, such as Juniper and HPE Aruba.
- Proficiency in routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and switching protocols (STP, RSTP, MSTP, VTP, EtherChannel, HSRP, VRRP, VSS, VPC, VDC, FEX, FabricPath).
- Basic understanding of AWS and MS Azure cloud offerings.
- Proven experience in service improvement, technology strategy planning, and consulting.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCIE, CCNP, Cisco DCCOR, Cisco Meraki CMNA, Google Cloud Digital Leader, Oracle Cloud AI Associates).
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
