We're looking to add a “Staff QA Engineer” to our RUCKUS team based in Bengaluru, INDIA.

RUCKUS ICX team is now re-defining switching architecture and design with a move towards state sharing architecture and platform independent software that can run efficiently on multicore CPUs and on multiple networking ASICs.

The Staff Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester will work on developing and implementing test plans and automated tests for new features, new hardware, and functionality of the RUCKUS ICX products.

Required Skills/ Qualifications For Consideration

• Working experience in highly technical roles in test engineering or enterprise services, at large organizations or innovative startups
• Candidate must have hands-on exp. in developing Gen AI tools for test automation/test planning and test script reviews
• Candidate must have hands-on exp in one or more of the technology areas of Enterprise product- Layer-2, Layer-3(BGP, OSPF), VxLAN BGP-EVPN, Multicast (PIMv4/v6), IGMPSnooping Security (TLS/SSL, 802.1x, IP ACL's, IPSEC, SSH/Tacacs, Macsec etc..), Multicast (PIMv4, PIMv6, IGMP Snooping/MLD)
• Hands on experience in automation with Python scripting languages and Robot framework
• Hands on experience in using Spirent Test Center traffic generators- Experience with Test plan preparation.
• Exposure to issue reproduction, root cause analysis and testing. Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• It is important for the candidate to be able to understand feature requirements and translate to test cases and test automation
• Experience with Customer engagements (both proactive and reactive)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BE/ME in Computer Science, Other Engineering/ Technical Degree
